Terms of Use
By using Haakem you agree to these terms.
The service
Haakem is a messaging app where people debate topics and the AI referee Haakem follows the debate and gives a verdict on request. The app is currently in beta: features may change, errors may occur and the service may be interrupted.
Haakem's verdicts
- Haakem is an AI. Its verdicts and notes are opinions; they are not binding and may contain errors.
- Haakem does not give legal, medical, psychological or financial advice. Consult a professional for such decisions.
- On sensitive topics such as religion, politics, health, parenting and divorce, Haakem does not rule on the question itself; it only assesses the quality of the debate.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Haakem. You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is shared from it.
Prohibited use
You agree not to: harass, threaten or demean others; post hate speech; share sexual, violent or illegal content; share any content that could harm children; share others' personal data without permission; try to manipulate Haakem or abuse the system; or open an account in someone else's name.
Haakem automatically hides images it finds inappropriate. You can report messages and people and block users. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Content
You are responsible for the messages and images you share. We process them only to provide the service (showing the debate, Haakem's assessment, content moderation). See the Privacy Policy.
Fees
Haakem is free during the beta. When paid features are added, prices and terms will be shown clearly in the app and on this page.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from decisions made based on Haakem's verdicts.
